From May 22 to May 26 Cali, Casey and I went to Madison to see family and old friends. Cali flew in on May 21,from Colorado, and we left the next morning. We took the North route thru Arkansas and Tennessee. We stayed in a Motel in Madison. We were able to see Mary and meet her boyfriend,Gene. Also, got to spend some time with Katy and Jacob and hear their wedding plans. We had a fun time remembering things done in childhood for them. We watched some home movies and laughed til we cried. Such funny kids I have. Also, got to visit with my friend Marilyn and do a little shopping with her. Lot's of fun. Also, got to go to Church on Sunday to see old friends from Church. Our old Ward split and now there are three Madison Wards. Had to stay for all of them so Cali and I spent 5 hours and 40 minutes at Church on the 24th. That's a lot of Church even for me. Got a few pictures which I am including. Started back on the 26th by the Southern route thru Mississippi and Louisianna, which is my preference. Got back kind of late but, we took our time. I went back to work on the 27th and life is now back to normal. Yesterday was my birthday and Sarah and Tom gave me a Vegetable Steamer. I have been wanting one for a while so I was thrilled. Used it today to cook corn on the cob. Oh so good.
